There are many fun and entertaining things to do while you stay here at The Windflower. You may wish to visit The Norman Rockwell Museum featuring work of renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell, and Chesterwood, where Daniel Chester French crafted his sculpture for the seated Lincoln for the memorial in Washington.
At Jacob's Pillow, Ted Shawn founded a school and theatre for modern dance. Serge Koussevitzky transformed a summer estate "Tanglewood," into an international music center serving as the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Other attractions include The Berkshire Choral Festival, as well as Shakespeare and Company, a series of summer theatrical productions of the great Bard's works and other playwrights at The Mount, Edith Wharton's estate in Lenox.
For our outdoor minded guests, winter is an exciting time. Challenging downhill slopes and miles of cross country trails are just minutes away.

During the warmer months, the area offers several nearby golf courses and tennis courts. We also have our own pool for swimming or lounging. Excellent hiking, fishing and canoeing are readily available.
You may even wish to walk the Appalachian trail, enjoy waterfalls, lakes, and beautiful state parks for picnics. There is also plenty of biking on back country roads.
The area offers family oriented activities including a great ski school in winter and special summer cultural attractions.
